Antelope Projects

Location

Longfield, Kent, United Kingdom

Profile

Antelope Projects build products and provide services to address client concerns around the success of relatively large or complex projects and programmes. The company's core expertise is in risk management and its links with project management, business process and other specialist skills that contribute to the business success of those projects or programmes.

Antelope use Scimitar Risk Management to identify risks in organisations and to manage those risks. This system was developed by Antelope, based on other management systems which did not entirely meet the needs of its clients. Scimitar generates actions to pre-empt or contain risks before they manifest themselves as events. In this way it goes beyond the usual process of repairing the damage from risks that are already contributing to project failure in the form of overruns on time or budget, or failure to deliver business benefits.

The principals in Antelope are Aidan Ward, Susannah Finzi and John Smith. Antelope have been trading since 1995.
