Ron Alford

Ron Alford is a proactive crisis management consultant, personal coach, author and professional speaker. His focus is about life and business planning which include risk management, planning and recovery process for both individuals and organizations. His 25-year career as the director for Disaster Masters Inc. and the management of lots of claims for insurance victims has given him experience and insight which enables him to view people under severe stress, organizations, buildings, contents, in a completely different framework.

Alford conducts public and private seminars to educate consumers and special interest groups about contingency planning and proactive crisis management. He provides crisis management audits and inside information on managing crisis while managing resources, services providers, insurance companies before, during and after any event.

Alford has been the focus of major articles in The New York Times, The Daily News, New York Newsday, The New Yorker Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Home Mechanix, The Philadelphia Enquirer and has appeared as a guest expert in serveral radio and TV programs.
